1031 Exchange
A 1031 exchange is the swap of one investment property for another that allows capital gains taxes to be deferred. The term, gets its name from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) code Section 1031, and may be used to accumulate wealth.

DST
Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST) are fractionalized interests in institutional grade property and are recognized as like-kind property by the IRS, for the purposes of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
